Who We Are and What We Build
Masters Group was founded by Nigel Wells & Alan Maysey over three decades ago with a straightforward principle: deliver building projects that meet the standard you would demand for your own home. That principle has guided every project since — from single-room renovations to complete new builds worth over £1 million.
We serve homeowners, property investors, and businesses across Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Eastbourne, and the wider East Sussex area. Our specialisation is coordinated construction — managing every trade from groundworks and structural steel through to plastering, kitchen installation, and final decoration under a single project manager.
This approach eliminates the gaps, conflicts, and communication failures that plague projects managed by multiple independent contractors.
