Project Overview

Our director Alan Maysey was personally involved in the construction of the Washington Car Showroom — a modern Kia dealership facility designed to showcase vehicles in the best possible light. As part of the project team, Alan contributed his expertise in commercial construction to help deliver a space that met both functional requirements and aesthetic standards.

The showroom features large glass frontages to maximise natural light and vehicle visibility from the road, creating an inviting atmosphere for potential buyers. The interior layout was carefully planned to allow smooth customer flow while providing dedicated areas for vehicle display, consultation, and after-sales service.

From the structural steelwork and cladding to the polished concrete floors and bespoke lighting, every element was delivered to the highest commercial standards. This experience in high-specification commercial builds directly informs the quality standards we apply to every Masters Group project.
