Project Overview

Our director Alan Maysey was personally involved in the Whithurst Park development in Kirdford — a prestigious project that showcases the calibre of construction he brings to Masters Group. As part of the project team, Alan contributed to creating a beautifully designed eighteenth century mock Tudor mansion that seamlessly blends traditional architectural grandeur with modern living standards.

This magnificent residence complements the RIBA award-winning Lodge on the estate. Working within an architecturally significant setting demanded specialist craftsmanship in timber framing, brickwork, and period-appropriate finishes — skills that Alan applies to every project we undertake today.

Every element of the build was executed to facilitate luxurious residential living — from the structural engineering to the interior finish quality. The result is a home that feels authentically historic while offering all the comforts and efficiencies of contemporary construction.
