This project involved creating a well-designed eighteenth century mock Tudor mansion — Whithurst Park (The House) — that seamlessly blends traditional architectural grandeur with modern living standards.

This magnificent residence complements the RIBA award-winning Lodge on the estate, demonstrating the ability to work within an architecturally significant setting while delivering construction that honours the character of the surrounding environment. The mock Tudor detailing required specialist craftsmanship in timber framing, brickwork, and period-appropriate finishes.

Every element of the build was executed to facilitate luxurious residential living — from the structural engineering to the interior finish quality. The result is a home that feels authentically historic while offering all the comforts and efficiencies of contemporary construction.
